Education and Background
I graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Psychology, where my fascination with the human mind and behavior began to take root. This led me to pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute. My professional path has taken me through various avenues, including work in ABA settings, where I honed my ability to understand and support individuals on the autism spectrum. Additionally, my time in school counseling allowed me to connect with young people and families, gaining insights into the personal challenges they face. Transitioning into private practice, I’ve been able to bring all these experiences together and build my specialization in supporting individuals with anxiety, autism, ADHD, and trauma. My dedication to continuous growth led me to attain certification as a Certified Autism-Informed professional, further solidifying my commitment to providing the highest quality care to individuals, children, and families seeking guidance and support.
