IN THERAPY
I work with people in a supportive and judgment free way that focuses on their unique experience. My work is rooted in the belief that therapy is a collaborative and transformative process. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of their mental health with empathy, authenticity, and respect. I understand the importance of offering support to the diverse experiences and challenges that may arise. My goal is to create a positive and empowering therapeutic experience for all individuals, relationships, and families (birth or chosen) who are seeking support on their journey of healing and discovery.
I support individual adults, children, adolescents, relationships and families by collaborating on how we can best meet your goals to live authentically and thrive. When working with children and teens I make sure to support you, the parents. It is my hope that through our work, you or your family will find new pathways of resilience, freedom, growth, pleasure, balance, liberation, and healing.
How I can help: navigating anxiety and depression, self-awareness, personal growth, school and career navigation, communication skills, intersectional identity work, building healthy relationships, challenging family dynamics, phobias and fears, trauma reprocessing, and life transitions.
I am honored to be considered as part of your journey. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
