I find deep joy and passion in my work with adults, couples, children, and teens. My experience spans a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds. I approach therapy from an integrative lens, seeking to understand you as a whole person so that I can be emotionally attuned to your needs and desires. I gently guide you in a deep exploration of yourself to gain insight and awareness into how your early life and past experiences may influence your current functioning and relationships. I collaborate with you to feel empowered, working towards self-understanding, self-compassion, and acceptance. This internal growth will extend to enhancing your relationships with your family members, intimate partners, and others in your life.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, authentic, and client-centered. I believe in the power ofvthe therapeutic relationship to promote healing and change. I aim to create a space where all of my clients feel comfortable and heard. I meet you where you are; free of judgment, with compassion and empathy. Through deep listening, curiosity, and reflection, we can safely explore any challenges that you are facing. I work with you to understand yourself, accept your feelings, and manage them in healthy ways.
When working with children and teens I enjoy incorporating humor, creativity, and engaging activities. I create a space where you can gain trust in me and the therapeutic process as we get to know each other. We will work together to develop personalized tools and skills to navigate life’s challenges, all while having fun along the way.
When working with couples I focus on making your relationship more fulfilling by increasing feelings of safety and connection and shifting away from the negative cycles that block connection and intimacy. By examining your relationship patterns from an attachment lens, I can
help you to better understand each other’s needs. Together, we’ll work on embracing vulnerability and learning effective strategies for repairing and growing after conflicts, as well increasing connection and intimacy.
Education and Background
I graduated from Northern Illinois University earning a BFA with an emphasis in Photography. My early career involved working in the commercial photography industry collaborating with creatives in both the production and business aspects. Driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact, I furthered my education earning a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Los Angeles Education Center of Campbellsville University. Prior to joining Simi Psychological Group, I gained experience working with teens, couples, and adults at California Family Counseling, a community-based clinic in Encino, CA.
