I’m Adam Jelloian
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist 116749
My priority is to help you and your family feel comfortable, free of overwhelm, and connected to what matters most.
I have a strong passion for working with children, teens and families. I believe that if we are able to start working through struggles at a young age we can help your child or teen achieve all they want in their lives. In working with children and teens, I make it a priority to help the parents grow as well. Ultimately, I want to ensure that the whole family is feeling supported and has a strong guide on how to live the lives they want for their children and family. In working with adults, I ensure that you are getting to the true root of your struggles so you can move towards living a worry free and connected life. It is through this journey together we will be able to uncover your best self that is present and proud. I would be honored to be a part of this journey with you.
In the room with me, you can expect my full attention, understanding, and collaboration as we work together to empower and encourage you to be the person you want to be. Together we will customize a plan that will meet your needs and most importantly your ‘wants and desires’ for you and your family’s lives. I believe you have the inner strength to overcome what is holding you back, therefore I will be your guide to better understand yourself. Having mutual trust and understanding is crucial, and knowing that you decided to invest in yourself with me is very brave. I enjoy getting creative and developing plans that will work because I know that continuing to do what isn’t working won’t serve anyone. I want to make sure that our time serves you and your family.
I believe in the power of community where individuals can come together and share thoughts, ideas, and work together to break through barriers. By supporting each other, we build trust, vulnerability, and connection.
My Therapy Specialties Include:
Child and Teen Therapy
My collaborative approach is comforting and empowering to guide you to where you want to be. I will utilize your strengths and in our exploration together bring light to hurtful patterns or cycles that continue to create obstacles in your life. I use a family systems approach and aim to incorporate all members to create real change and explore opportunities for growth. I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to address personal goals and work to challenge unwanted thoughts or behaviors. Every individual has room to learn more about themselves and others, which is a crucial part in continuing their personal growth.
As a Christian therapist, I understand how important faith is within mental health and healing; I am here to prioritize that aspect of your life as needed. Together, we can walk in faith to experience the life God has called you to live. This is a place where faith can meet freedom.
