Hi, my name is Rayana Villalpando and I’m honored to be the intake coordinator here at Simi Psychological Group. I am a dedicated mental health professional with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University. As an Intake Coordinator at Simi Psychological Group, it is my role to ensure a seamless and compassionate intake process, connecting individuals with the mental health services they need. I know it can be challenging to reach out for support, and it is of the utmost importance to me that clients feel safe and supported from the very first call. Using my strong background in psychology, clinic management, and patient care, I bring a client-centered approach to my role, emphasizing empathy, organization, and clear communication.
I am very passionate about mental health advocacy. I feel very honored to often be the first voice a client hears when reaching out to Simi Psychological Group and I strive to embody the support, connection, and empathy you can expect from our team. We have an amazing team of mental health professionals here, which allows me to confidently set up potential clients with therapists I know to be connecting, skilled, and caring. I can’t wait to hear from you!
