Hi, I’m Ally Plaia, Practice Manager and Operations Coordinator here at Simi Psychological Group.
During my time here, I’ve worked behind the scenes to keep the practice running smoothly. My role covers a lot of ground, from handling billing inquiries and client support, to maintaining our offices across all three locations, to overseeing the systems and tools that keep everything organized and on track day to day.
I believe mental health is a huge responsibility, and part of the impact I want to have is supporting our clinicians so they don’t have to worry about the little things and can focus fully on their clients. Whether it’s making sure the office is stocked and running, a scheduling system is working the way it should, or a billing question gets answered quickly, my goal is to handle the details so our team can focus on what matters most: the people we serve.
